With multiple fires burning throughout the state, assistance is available for schools impacted and forced to close due to wildfires in Butte, Ventura, and Los Angeles. The California Department of Education is working closely with school leaders and local educational agencies in the impacted areas to provide support. California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office
The California Community Colleges Chancellor’s Office is working closely with its local colleges affected by the Northern and Southern California wildfires to offer support. The Chancellor’s Office will also work the colleges forced to cancel classes to minimize any impacts on academic calendars.
